For 2019, Verizon launched the next generation of line-level Unlimited plans (“My Personal Plan”). For an account with more than one person, each user can have their own line curated to match their different lifestyles and needs using unlimited data.

At AKQA we were tasked with creating a landing made to market these new plans and convince prospects that Verizon understands their needs and offers plans that are right for each line on their account, at the right value.

The challenges were that prospects are unfamiliar with Verizon’s plan offerings and added benefits. Prospects will need to be educated about the line-level aspects of the plans. Something was very important to Verizon based on their user testing, was the need to compare the plan side by side to allow for easy comparison between the different plan features. We created a list (table view) and a chart view. The viewer can toggle between the two depending on their preference, and choose the number of lines they needed. The challenge here was containing the considerable amount of information that Verizon needed to show here.
